Summary (plain language for a CMO)
Breeze Studio is the place inside HubSpot where you build and manage AI "assistants" and "agents." An assistant is conversational AI (used in Breeze Assistant) that answers questions or completes tasks using your CRM data, files, and conversation data — you customize its name, welcome message, instructions, conversation starters, and the information sources it can access. An agent runs tasks more autonomously using predefined inputs, instructions, tools, and knowledge; agents can be cloned and customized, and some can write back to your CRM records (with approval toggles).
Both assistants and agents can be installed from the Breeze Marketplace (which lists pre-built options like an Internal FAQ Assistant or Company Research Agent) or built from scratch in Breeze Studio.
Access / requirements
- Available with Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Data Hub, and Content Hub; Smart CRM requires Professional or Enterprise.
- A Super Admin must enable AI Settings toggles: generative AI tools, CRM data, Customer conversion data, Files data, and Breeze Assistant access.
- Breeze Studio permission is required to create/customize agents and assistants.
- Some Breeze agents consume HubSpot Credits.
- Default access: Super Admins can edit agents/assistants; all users can run them. Access can be scoped per user/team.
