CMO Plain-Language Summary
- HubSpot is a single "customer platform" split into Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations, Commerce) that all share one CRM database.
- The CRM is built from objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets + custom objects). Each object has records, and each record stores data in properties (fields). Pipelines track records through stages (e.g., a deal moving from "Qualified" to "Closed Won").
- Breeze is HubSpot's AI layer that sits on top of that shared CRM data: Breeze Assistant (a copilot for writing/analysis inside tools), Breeze Agents (autonomous "digital teammates" that run full workflows like content creation, lead qualification, prospecting, and support resolution), and Breeze Intelligence (data enrichment). Content Hub AI uses the same engine to generate and repurpose blogs, emails, and social posts in your brand voice.
