Today, we're giving you a clear and practical overview of how to incorporate AI into HubSpot, like what they are and how they fit into the platform. If you're new here, this is HubSpot Hacks by Simplestrat. As a diamond HubSpot solutions partner, we create practical tips and tutorials on the best way your team can streamline workflows and unlock more value from HubSpot. Let's get into it. All right, folks. Let's dive into this highle overview of how to incorporate AI into your HubSpot day-to-day. The two biggest things that you need to know is there are AI agents inside of HubSpot and assistants. All of them powered by Breeze Intelligence. Breeze is what HubSpot is calling their AI tools. So, first things first, you're going to want to log into HubSpot. And when you do, on the left hand side here, you'll see an area called Breeze. When you go here, you can go into your Breeze Studio. And as I mentioned before, there's two main ways to incorporate AI in HubSpot. The first one being Breeze assistants. So you'll see here, Breeze is your virtual assistant that goes everywhere you go within HubSpot. As a matter of fact, right up here at the top right, I can click assistant and open this up. This will go with me on any page that I'm working on and I can use it as my assistant for anything I'm doing in my day-to-day in HubSpot. If you click at the top here, you can see I have a couple different assistants already built in like my sales coach assistant that analyzes my sales calls and tells me how I'm doing. My simple standard, which is based on everyone utilizing HubSpot the right way, and we have an internal FAQ assistant. You can incorporate more assistants by going into Breeze here and going into the studio and then clicking assistance here. Then you can I highly recommend browsing in the marketplace. They'll show you assistants that are only compatible with your plan. So, I highly recommend checking that off. New things that are in beta as well as new assistants that are trending. So, you can see there's tons of cool ones here, uh, like brand assistant, the sales coach one that I built out, even an ICP assistant, which will help you with your ideal customers. You can even use the assistant by navigating to a deal or a company or a contact for example and saying hey give me a summary what's been going on with this deal. So let's go into our Pony Parks one. We'll open up our assistant over here on the right and you can say give me a summary of this deal. So I'm working in a test portal. There's not too much in here so it's probably not going to give me too much information back but you can see how it's loading here and working for you. So, here I am on a company record. This is one of my favorite ways to utilize the assistance. You can see I have a Breeze record summary that's automatically going to tell me what's going on with this company. So, if I'm new to this organization or new to this account or someone who just needs to freshen up my information about them, I can come here and see this breeze record summary. I can also ask it any specific questions like uh tell me about our last call or summarize email chain. And you can see as it's working here, this would save me a ton of time versus having to go review all of my calls or go look through a ton of emails. Another awesome part about assistance is you can create custom projects. So, if you come in here and click this top folder up here, you can see I have a HubSpot hacks project. And let's click into that a little bit more and go to edit it. So, you can give your project a name and you can give your project instructions. So, basically teach it some information you want it to know. So you can always come back to it. It'll have that baseline of info that you're working with. So it knows exactly the kind of output that you are looking for. This is the kind of stuff you can expect from other AI tools you might be using like ChatgPT or Gemini or Claude built right into your HubSpot portal. Extremely useful. All right, last but not least is going to be our agents. These are going to be more than our assistants. These are going to be like a co-orker working for you doing things for you in the background. So again, I'm going to go over here to Breeze and Breeze Studio. And I'm going to switch this over to agents and let's browse the marketplace again. So again, I highly recommend saying show me everything that's only compatible with my plan because different agents are available on different levels. Um, but some of them really more popular ones here like the company research agent. Um, actually not listed here would be the uh the customer agent is really popular that can actually have conversations with your customers, try to answer their questions, and if it doesn't know it, hand it off to your team. There's the data agent which can fill in smart properties and use to analyze the data in your system. Prospecting agent that can automate outreach to contacts and companies in your ICP. Really, the list goes on and on and on as you scroll through some of these agents that are starting to come into beta and then also becoming popular in the marketplace. You can even see here based on our CRM usage, it's actually recommending our customer handoff agent, which is pretty accurate considering we use HubSpot for sales and then we hand them off to our awesome HubSpot consultants that work for you to make the most out of HubSpot and incorporate these AI agents and assistants. So again, we're keeping this really high level overview today, but if you want to incorporate an agent, you just click into it here. You can see a little bit more detail about what it does and watch a video. When you click to add that agent, you can open it up. Um, and then you can test run it by giving it the company name, the owner role, um, and tell the specific agents to run here. And after you turn on an agent, you can come in here to your inbox. You can see a history of your agents that have run and manually run one yourself if you want to see how it's working for you. All right, folks. That does it today for a highle overview of introducing AI into your HubSpot portal. Down in the description, we have a link to our newsletter. So, I highly recommend signing up for that so you can get HubSpot hacks sent directly to your inbox as well as all the latest updates that's going on with HubSpot with product updates and new features and things like that.
