As of platformVersion 2026.03, serverless functions are fully supported again
for project-based apps, with app functions and public endpoint functions
on the new Projects framework. (Earlier 2025.2 did NOT support HubSpot-hosted serverless.)
The new HubSpot Developer Platform makes developer projects the foundation for
everything you build (created/deployed via the hs CLI).
New platform features: Custom Workflow Actions, Agent Tools (AI), and revamped
UI Extensions with dedicated App Home pages.
Support for serverless v2023.2 / Node v18 was deprecated October 1, 2025; apps should
migrate to at least v2025.1.
